Vince joined Source Line on a full time basis in 2001, after five years of part time involvement. Previously he worked in the Public Sector providing clinical services in a children’s mental health centre. He received his BSW degree from York University in 1985 and his MSW degree from the University of Toronto in 1989. He is an experienced clinical social worker, with over 25 years of experience in counselling individuals, couples and families for relationship or mental health issues. He provides consultations on employee behavioural issues, through a range of onsite and offsite employee assistance programs. He remains committed to ongoing training to inform evidence based approaches in his clinical practice.
